Q. How do I purchase your items?
A. Browse through the categories using the link at the top right of each page. Click the image or title to view your chosen product. Click “add to cart”. Check your total before moving to the checkout page. Choose your payment method. You will be directed to a page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Faster Payments/ Bank Transfers (BACS) through online and telephone banking/ UK Cheques/ UK Postal Orders/ Credit and Debit Cards securely through the PayPal.
Q. How do I pay with my credit or debit card?
A. Choose the option “Credit/ Debit card securely through PayPal” during the checkout process. You will be directed to the secure PayPal payment form where you will be instructed to log into your existing PayPal account. Or click on “Don’t have a Paypal account?” to enter your debit/ credit card details. Once you have entered your details, click “continue” and confirm your payment.
PayPal will send you an email instantly to confirm your payment.
Q. I’m having problems completing checkout.
A. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, select this option during checkout and remember to agree to the standard terms and conditions.
Once directed to the secure PayPal page, log into your existing PayPal account or choose ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’.
Enter card details and click continue, Paypal now have an extra confirmation page, so remember to click confirm payment at the end. You will receive an instant email from Paypal confirming your payment.

Q. How do I fit my tax disc holder?
A. Apply holder in warm dry conditions. Heat up your car in colder months.
Clean the inside of the windscreen with window cleaner or similar, making sure the windscreen is free from dust, dirt and grease.
Remove backing paper from the magnetic ring.
Carefully apply ring to the inside windscreen preferably in the path of your wipers.
Centre the tax disc back to back with the design disc or line up the circumferences with two hands and offer up to magnetic ring.
The design disc will hold your tax disc in place by magnetic force.

A. Items are normally despatched via Royal Mail within 5 working days to the address you entered during checkout and delivered in 1-2 working days. Please make sure that your PayPal address is accurate.

If your item has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Items which cannot be delivered are returned around 15 working days after the due delivery date.Q. How do I return an item?
We take great pride in our products and expect our customers to be
delighted with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your item or have
simply changed your mind, please return your product including all
retail packaging within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original
condition, un-opened and suitable for re-sale. The buyer is responsible
for the return postage costs.
Damaged goods must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt
and all packaging must be returned for inspection. We will be happy to
reimburse you in full.
